Training at Basic 2016

As you should already know, Donna Kelly has accepted a position with the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office.  We are going to miss Donna at UPC but know she will accomplish great things at the DA's office.

I and the Council want to thank her for her years of service to UPC.  She has accomplished great things on behalf of victims here in Utah and nationally.  The work she has done in the area of trauma has revolutionized how many offices now treat victims of violent assault.  We are better prosecutors because of her work. 

We wish you the very best Donna!!
